Tradition in Every Bite
It all began with recipes passed down through generations, rooted in the delis of New York. Mike, a native New Yorker, grew up in that world and, alongside his wife Beth, ran delis while raising their family. Years later, during a visit to their daughters Nina and Susu, they decided to keep the legacy going. Now, that legacy lives on in every dish — a tribute to tradition, flavor, and community, from the first slice of meat to the last bite of bread.
